Our Background
We’ve been there. Have you ever tried going onsite to field verify dozens of floors of office space across several buildings at once with nothing more than a very large pile of paper floor plans and a number two pencil? We have.
Have you then tried to manually count every workstation and meeting room seat onsite, along with the occupancy and utilization behavior of each occupant, only to then have to manually enter and calculate all of those averages, ratios, and totals per floor, per building, often across several buildings, with spreadsheets?
After performing countless existing site analysis, occupancy assessments and program scenarios in this antiquated and laborious manner, we were burned out. We realized there had to be a better way for our fellow architects, strategists, and workplace designers. Space Plan Wizard is that solution.
